How about the shipping procedure?

For shipments, Molecule Clothing Europe uses the services of PostNL and DHL For over 200 years PostNL has been delivering mail in the Netherlands and beyond, first as the only mail carrier, and now today as the premier postal service in the Netherlands. Together, we strive to deliver your order correctly and as quickly as possible. This normally means delivery to your home within two working days. Your parcel items are electronically scanned at different points, starting in the Netherlands and overseas to the point of delivery. You will be issued with a tracking number for your parcel. DHL is present in over 220 countries and territories across the globe, making it the most international company in the world. With a workforce exceeding 340,000 employees, we provide solutions for an almost infinite number of logistics needs. DHL is part of the world's leading postal and logistics Group, Deutsche Post DHL Group and encompasses the following divisions: DHL Paket, DHL Express, DHL Global Forwarding, Freight and DHL Supply Chain.

 

How fast is the delivery?

Molecule Clothing Europe strives to process orders and deliver to your home as fast as possible. We aim to despatch your order within 24 hours. PostNL is the Benelux market leader in parcel distribution. The delivery quality is high: about 98 per cent of domestic parcels are delivered within 24 hours. For European countries we normally deliver within 2-4 working days. We also ship worldwide, and for the rest of the world delivery is 3-7 working days.

 

How much are the shipping costs?

We provide Free Shipping to the following European countries: Austria, Belgium, Denmark (excluding the Faroe Islands and Greenland), France (incl. Corsica and Monaco), Germany, Italy (excl. San Marino and Vatican City), Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Spain (including the Balearic Islands, excl. the Canary Islands), Sweden and the United Kingdom (excl. Gibraltar and The Channel Islands).

 

Per order we charge € 3 shipping costs to the following European countries: Bulgaria, The Czech Republic, Estonia, Finland, Hungary, Ireland, Latvia, Lithuania, Poland, Portugal (incl. The Azores and Madeira), Romania, Slovakia, and Slovenia.


 

Per order we charge € 5 shipping costs to the following countries: Albania, Andorra, Belarus, Bosnia-Herzegovina, The Canary Islands, The Channel Islands, Croatia, Cyprus, The Faroe Islands, Gibraltar, Greece, Greenland, Iceland, Liechtenstein, Macedonia, Malta, Moldova, Montenegro, Norway, Ukraine, San Marino, Serbia, Switzerland, Turkey, and Vatican City.

 

Per order, we charge € 8 in shipping costs to the rest of the world.

 

What if my delivery is delayed?

We strive to deliver all items ordered quickly. When a delivery is delayed, we will try to inform you as soon as we can.

 

What if my article is not available?

We strive to deliver all items ordered. Normally, the products not in stock will not be visible in our web shop. If an article is not available, we will send an email to inform you. We will refund the amount paid within seven working days back to your bank account.
