RETURNS OF PURCHASES FROM THE UNITED KINGDOM (NON-EU)

When returning an item, the buyer covers the return shipping to MOLECULE CLOTHING. The order will then be canceled and the shipping costs and a £20 fee will be deducted from the purchase amount. The £20 covers importing the product into the EU again. The purchase amount is returned to the buyer's account. When a customer wishes to exchange an item for a different colour, model or size, the buyer must make a new purchase and pay a new shipping costs

Returns are handled once a week, which is why it takes a maximum of 14 days from when we receive your return package until we have made your refund.

PLEASE BE ADVISED, that returning parcels especially from outside the EU are very costly for you as a customer, and you will hardly get any refund because of the high cost of exporting and re-importing the parcel. So PLEASE contact us if you have any questions about model og sizes to ensure that you get the correct size and model first time as return and refund will be costly on your own behalf.


CANCELLATION

14 days full right of cancellation / return is given to the buyer (unless otherwise stated in connection with special offers such as Christmas sales, which have a longer right of return).

The return period expires after 14 days, which begins on the day you received your purchased item. If you have ordered several different items in one order that are delivered individually, the expiration period begins on the day you receive the last item in your order.

The period infers that you have 14 days from receipt of your order to tell us that you wish to return your purchase. You can send an email to support@molecule.dk or use the standard cancellation form found in our terms.

Once an order has been shipped from MOLECULE CLOTHING, it can no longer be recalled by the shipping company. If the customer fail to pick up, refuse to receive the parcel or refuse to pay customs/tax or in another way hereby forces the package to be returned to sender, it will be handled as a returned parcel and deducted fees according to terms

Partial cancellation

If you have purchased several items in our webshop and only want to return some of them, you have the option of returning one or more items, even when they are under the same order. If you have made more than one order and want to return them, you can combine your orders and send them in the same pacckage all at the same time. You then only pay the £20 to import the product back into the EU once. However, it is still important that the 14 days of retun are still observed and that you have entered all the order numbers on your return shipment.

RETURN PROCESS
After beginning your return process you have 14 days to return the item(s) back to us. You must cover the return shipping costs yourself, and you are liable if any damage occurs during the transportation of your return shipment. Once the item has been received and approved for return, the purchase price of the item will be refunded to your account within 14 days.

Return shipping costs are covered by the buyer. For practical details, refer to TRADE, WARRANTY, AND ITEM RETURNS.

As the customer you may choose which shipping provider you use at your own discretion, however be advised that we recommend that you only send parcels with a track and trace option to ensure we get your parcel.


REMEMBER upon return to attach a handwritten note or invoice with the following information:

Name
Order number
The condition of the returned item
If the item you are returning has lost value due to improper usage and/or mishandling, you will only be refunded a portion of the amount that you spent purchasing the item. The partial refund amount depends on the trade value of the product, and in some cases this may result in you only being refunded the shipping cost.

Refunds
Upon cancellation of your purchase you will be refunded for the amount. If the returned item is impaired, an amount that makes up for the damage will be deducted from your refund.

All payments made in the respective purchase will be refunded deducted delivery costs. The refund will be processed within 14 days of the day we have received your request to cancel the order.

We will refund the amount using the same payment method that you used for the purchase, unless agreed upon otherwise. We may withhold the refund process until we have received the returned item, unless you send us proof of documentation that you have returned the item.

ITEM RETURNED EXCHANGES FOR PURCHASES FROM INSIDE THE EU
When returning an item from inside the EU, the buyer covers the return shipping to MOLECULE CLOTHING. The order is then canceled and, with shipping cost being deducted, the amount of the purchase is returned to the buyer's account. The buyer must then make a new purchase and reimburse the shipping cost.

ITEM RETURNS FOR PURCHASES FROM OUTSIDE THE EU
When returning an item from outside the EU, the buyer covers the return shipping to MOLECULE CLOTHING. The order will then be canceled, and the shipping costs and a 25 euro fee will be deducted from the purchase amount. The 25 euro covers importing the product into the EU again. The purchase amount is returned to the buyer's account. When a customer wishes to exchange an item for a different colour, model or size, the buyer must make a new purchase and pay a new shipping cost.
